Gli occhiali da sole e da vista hanno diverse misure, adatte alle più svariate forme del viso. Se osservi le aste di un occhiale che possiedi, probabilmente noterai due o tre numeri.
Il primo (solitamente tra 48 e 58) è la larghezza della lente in millimetri. Più alto è il numero, più larga è la lente. Il secondo (tra 15 e 25) rappresenta la distanza tra le due lenti. L'ultimo (tra 135 e 150) indica la lunghezza delle astine. Se ti è capitato di indossare occhiali che non poggiano bene sulle orecchie, dovresti orientarti su una misura dell'asta di almeno 145 mm.
